Top 10 Books I'm Looking Forward to in 2015

A weekly meme by The Broke and the Bookish

It's so strange to think it's almost 2015. Only one month to go...weird.

I haven't given a ton of thought to 2015 titles because I have so many 2014 books I still haven't read. But here are a few on my radar for the new year. :)

Some of you may have noticed the list above is two short. For some reason, Riffle doesn't have Marissa Meyer's Winter and or Heather Petty's Lock & Mori, but they're both on my list, too. :)

That's it for this round of 10! Thanks for stopping by and check back in tomorrow for this week's Updates! In which I studied and read and Netflix/Hulu-binged.

  1. "Siren's Fury" is on my list, too! Along with these books:

    "Defiant" by Karina Sumner-Smith
"Shadow Study" by Maria V. Snyder
    "Rebel Queen" by Michelle Moran
    "Shadow Scale" by Rachel Hartman
"The Wrath and the Dawn" by Renee Ahdieh
"The Violinist of Venice" by Alyssa Palombo
"An Ember in the Ashes" by Sabaa Tahir

I guess I'm going to be busy reading in 2015. *lol*

    1. Aren't you always busy reading? But yes, it looks like 2015 will have some good ones. I haven't read the original Study series, but I've seen lots of people exciting for Shadow Study, and I may give Shadow Scale a go, too. Great picks!

  2. I don't recognize more than one of those right now. I am sure once the reviews start hitting I will have a small list I want to read.

    1. I was surprised by how difficult it was to come up with 2015 titles I'm excited about, but I think you're right; once the reviews start the TBR list will grow exponentially. :)

  3. I'm excited for Winter! Fairest too, but mostly Winter ;)

    1. I know what you mean. I'm kind of excited for Fairest...but I really wish they had kept Winter for the spring release and then done the prequel after the series ended.

  4. Rook looks amazing, this is the second time I've seen it on a list recently, definitely adding to the TBR list. I already had the Lois Lane book on there, not sure what it's going to be like but definitely looking forward to checking it out. Thanks for the list and the additions to the list! :)

  6. Oh man, I can't even think about the 2015 reads I want. I went through 2 publisher's catalogs the other day and wrote down 50 books I wanted to read! I have 12 books on my nightstand, plenty on the Kindle, and 20 more out on my bookshelf that I will only get too if time stops. I need reading time!

    1. Oh wow! That's a great idea for getting a jump on new titles. (Right now, I'm trying to avoid NetGalley and Edelweiss. I already have four eARC's waiting for me as soon as the LSAT is over.) I hope the holidays bring you more reading time!

  7. 2015 is shaping out to be a great year for YA! So many books that I want to read that I'm not sure how I will get to read them all :) Some of these are in my overflowing TBR list too!
