Updates: It's the Final Countdown
Three days untilIt's been and continues to be a busy week, so this round of updates will be brief. Speaking of brief...
BRIEFCASE MADNESS:
My friend Kim was super sweet and brought me law-themed cookies to help me study. (There were more, but this briefcase was the only survivor by the time I remembered to take a picture.) And then my dad found this old briefcase lying around his workplace (likely abandoned a decade or two ago), and basically said, "Here, future lawyer!" But no pressure, of course. ;)
READ:
Both Revealed and Handbook for Dragon Slayers failed to be fully satisfying, but they weren't bad, and I'm only nine books away from meeting my Goodreads challenge! It's one of the busiest months of the year, but I think if I'm very careful with my time management I have a shot.
That's it for this week's happenings! Thanks for stopping in and check back tomorrow for my review of Illusions of Fate by Kiersten White! A romantic adventure in a fantasy world where the nobility have magic and a foreigner studying abroad gets kidnapped into their war. :)

Best of luck with the LSAT!!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm going to need all the luck I can get. ^^;
DeleteYikes! Having to study for the LSAT on top of normal holiday preparations must have been stressful. Good luck with everything!
ReplyDeleteNot so much stressful as draining, but yes, I will be unbelievably happy when it's over. Thank you!
DeleteHey thats a really cool vintage looking briefcase your dad found/gave you!
ReplyDeleteI know! It's amazing the stuff you can find lying around. Although, I wonder if he'll take it back if it turns out I bombed the LSAT. ;)
