Updates: Back in the Country
It's been both lazy and hectic since I got back from NYC Sunday, if that makes sense. On the one hand, everything seems to move at a much slower pace compared to the Big Apple. On the other...work, taxes, FAFSA, etc. So, yeah, in some ways it feels busier. ;)I've been a little off-schedule this week, so in case you missed them:

Um...do tax forms count? No, I didn't think so. Despite the cold, I didn't spend much time holing up in the New York hotel, so I need to catch up on my reading. Which is good?

I'm almost done with Hexed, which isn't horrible but has a couple of repetitive flaws. I also clicked too many buttons on NetGalley and Edelweiss and now have a backlog of eARC's to get through. But Siren's Fury is among them, so I'm too happy to care. Here's hoping the author crushes more romantic hopes and dreams! Mwahahaha! :D
That's it for this week's happenings! Thanks for stopping in and check back tomorrow for my review of Death Marked by Leah Cypess! In which a powerless sorceress walked into another lion's den. :)

Welcome back, yo! I have to edit my FAFSA... I submitted it super early, before my parents and I got our 2014 tax returns. So I'll be doing that over spring break (two weeks from now). Best of luck!

Thanks! Good luck with finishing up the FAFSA and taxes! Hopefully it won't take up too much of your spring break. :)
DeleteWhoa, whoa, whoa, WHOA. Siren's Fury??? Tell me you got it on Netgalley!!
ReplyDeleteYep, it looks like it just hit NetGalley recently. :)
