Top 5 Characters I'd Like To Check In With

Apparently, I have a severe lack of curiosity and/or a lot of books ended really well and left me with no concerns/qualms/anxiety regarding the characters' futures. I say we go with that second one. ;)

But yeah, I had a really hard time coming up with characters whose lives I wish I could peek in on after the book ends. There are certainly characters I wouldn't mind revisiting for another adventure, but...I don't know. I think it was easier to think of movies I wish had sequels or TV shows that were prematurely canceled. With books...well, let's just say I found a lot of unfinished series while I perused my reading list.

Anyway, without further ado:

That's it for this round of 105! Thanks for stopping by and check back tomorrow for this week's Updates! In which I finally finished a book I've been working on since December. :)

    1. Well, none of them are super big names. Though I'm a little surprised you haven't read All Our Yesterdays. And you have to have read at least one Diana Wynne Jones book. (If not, drop everything and go read Howl's Moving Castle.)

  2. I still haven't read anything by Diana Wynne Jones....

Only one of these I've read is All Our Yesterdays

    1. Wha? No!! You must at least read Howl's Moving Castle, but if you love that (as you should), I will give you a list of others to pick up. ;)

  3. Totally agree with Chrestomanci and the BSC. Especially Chrestomanci. That's one of my go-to series for reading when I have the "I don't want to read anything" days, or just want to read a book for fun.

    1. I always have some Diana Wynne Jones books handy for just the same reason. I'm so sad there won't be any more. :(

  4. Pegasus just reminds me of Patrick Rothfuss and how I have been waiting what...four years now for the last book in his trilogy?? AUTHORS CAN BE CRUEL!

    1. I know it's not intentionally cruel, but yes. Especially when the book ends on a cliffhanger. :(
